I am really struggling with this nasty bloating and digestive stuff lately, and I just came across the term "oma water." My friend mentioned it, saying it's supposed to help with digestion, but I have no clue what it actually is. I’ve been feeling super uncomfortable, like my stomach is always full or gassy, and I’m tired of it. I try to eat well but honestly, that doesn’t seem to be doing much anymore. Remember, while oma water aids digestion, don’t rely solely on it. Keep monitoring your diet considering how it aligns with your dosha. Foods that aggravate your constitution may be the culprit here.
