I am kinda worried. Been trying to get some clarity on how long does haritaki take to work. A few weeks ago, I started taking it because I read it helps with digestion and I've been feeling really bloated and not myself lately. The thing is, I thought I’d see some difference right away, but it’s been almost two weeks and I still feel heavy all the time! I mean, I’m also trying to eat healthier and stuff, but it's hard to tell if it's working or if I need more time for my body to adjust??? Some friends rave about haritaki like it’s a miracle cure. Should I give it more time, or is two weeks enough to really feel something? I haven’t experienced any drastic changes, just a little less bloating some days but not consistently.
