I am kinda confused about how to eat triphala churna. I've been reading up on it because my digestion has just been all over the place lately. Like, bloating almost every day and upset stomach that just won't quit! I decided to give this triphala thing a try since I've heard good things about it from friends, but honestly, I don’t even know where to start. Should I mix it with warm water? Or is there another way? I saw something about taking it before bed, but I’m just worried it might make things worse! I've also read that some people add it to yogurt or honey, but I can't really picture exactly how to eat triphala churna like that. I'm scared of messing up the dosage too — like, is a teaspoon okay? Can I take it with food or does it have to be on an empty stomach? I really wanna make this work because I'm tired of feeling bloated and uncomfortable after every meal.
