I am really confused and hope someone can help. A few weeks ago, I started feeling this heaviness in my chest, almost like pressure, and it wouldn't go away, plus there’s this weird taste in my mouth. I tried a couple things, including some teas and home remedies, but nothing really seemed to work. I was talking to my neighbor, and she suggested that I look into herbal remedies. She mentioned something called banslochan, saying it’s great for digestive issues or something? I don't even know what is banslochan exactly, but I felt desperate enough to give it a shot. I read a bit online, but still have no clue if it’s safe or how it should be used. Like, can I just take it as a powder in water? I really need advice on what is banslochan and if it might help me out. I just want this chest pressure to go away! I mean, has anyone tried it for similar symptoms, or should I just stick to what my doctor prescribed? Ugh, any thoughts would be so appreciated!
