I am really curious if can we take triphala daily. Lately, I've been struggling with some digestive issues, like bloating and occasional constipation, and a friend recommended triphala as a natural way to help. Tried it for the first time last week, and honestly, I was surprised by how quickly it seemed to help! But, I’m a bit worried about long-term use. Can we take triphala daily? I saw some stuff online that suggested it’s safe, but I want to make sure I don’t mess up my system. I just can’t shake this feeling of doubt. Like, I’ve never been a huge supplement person but with everything that’s going on with my gut health, it seems worth it to stick with something more natural. Would love to hear from anyone who’s been using triphala regularly! Do you really feel good effects, and, is it okay to take it everyday??
