I am dealing with this persistent digestive issue that just won’t go away. I read somewhere about chitrakadi vati, and people say it works wonders for digestion, but I’m totally confused about how to use it. Like, do you take it with water or something? I tried different diets, and nothing feels right. Sometimes I get this bloated feeling after meals, and then other times, it’s just a raging appetite that doesn’t seem to stop! Last week, I bought some chitrakadi vati after hearing good things from my cousin, but honestly, I don’t know if I'm taking it correctly. Should I take it on an empty stomach? Or does it matter?
