How to reduceEarpain dizzinessand vertigo - #26084

I use to have ear pain for 5 months then took homeopathy medicine then ear pain got cured. But after that suddenly while sleeping on pillow whole room started spinning. Vertigo happens only when I put my head on pillow irrespective of angle and side room starts spinning for 30 sec then gets stabilized. Vertigo is almost for 1 month now only while sleeping and waking up. Dizziness is throughout the day my brain doesn't feel good something feels off in brain as I feel I don'thave clarity and will doze off. I have developed severe health anxiety and panic related to vertigo as if it will ever get cured or not or will I have to live with it . Dizziness just doesn't go away. I don' tknow if lack of clarity is from eye or brain but nothing feels good because of vertigo and dizziness.i have headache exactly on top of head foratleast2-3 episode in a month.Headache also feels worst tight bands and pin point pian on top and also like coconut moving inside head. Sometimesi also hear houseflybuzzing sound in ear only while sleeping.also have pain behind ear lobe.

And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta?
