Burning sensation in urine and stomach pain aligned with consumption of oily and spicy foods suggests a potential Pitta imbalance in the system. Pitta dosha, when aggravated, leads to increased heat in the body causing symptoms like burning sensations, headaches, and indigestion. To address these issues effectively through Ayurvedic practices, you can start by reducing Pitta aggravating foods such as spicy, oily, and fermented items. Favor cooling, sweet, and astringent foods like coconut water, fennel, mint, coriander, cucumber, and leafy greens to help restore balance.

Hydration plays a critical role, ensure to drink sufficient water, prefer room temperature or warm over cold beverages as they aid in neutralizing heat in the system. Herbal teas made from ingredients like fennel, coriander seeds, or cumin can build digestive strength while cooling excessive Pitta. Take one teaspoon of these seeds in a cup of hot water, steep for 5 minutes, and sip slowly.

To ease the stomach pain, consider maintaining small, frequent meals that are easy on digestion. Foods like rice, moong dal, or cooked vegetables such as zucchini, squash can be gentler on your stomach lining, allowing it to heal. Avoid skipping meals, overloading your stomach, or lying down immediately post meals as these cause further disturbance of Agni, or digestive fire.

Castor oil can be utilized both as coolant and laxative. A teaspoon of castor oil with warm milk before bedtime can alleviate constipation, reducing abdominal discomfort. However, do not overuse.

Manage stress effectively, as mental strain can exacerbate Pitta disturbances. Practices like yoga, meditation, and pranayama are very helpful here. Particularly, Sheetali pranayama, known to provide cooling effect, could be extremely beneficial. Practice in morning on an empty stomach.

For sustained imbalance unresolved by these measures, consult an Ayurvedic practitioner directly for personalized treatment or consider immediate medical attention if symptoms escalate or persist beyond this timeframe. Regular monitoring and appropriately tailored interventions are key to your long-term well-being.

It seems there is an imbalance that needs attention. Based on the symptoms you’re describing—burning sensation during urination, headache, and stomach pain—there may be an excess of pitta dosha, particularly related to aggravated digestive fire (agni). Here are some tailored steps you can take:

1. Dietary adjustments: Reduce the intake of spicy, oily, and fried foods as they tend to aggravate pitta. Also, favor cool, bland, and fresh meals. Incorporating more cooling foods like cucumber, watermelon, coconut water, and milk can help balance the excess heat.

2. Hydration: Ensure you’re drinking plenty of water, specifically room temperature or warm water can be more beneficial for you. Adding a pinch of fennel seeds or coriander seeds to your drinking water might aid in reducing the burning sensation during urination.

3. Herbal remedy: Aloe vera juice, about 20 ml twice daily before meals, may provide relief from stomach pain and support digestion.

4. Routine: Try to eat meals at regular intervals. Having meals at erratic times can disturb your digestive fire. Avoid skipping meals, especially breakfast.

5. Lifestyle practices: Ensure adequate rest and maintain a routine that includes light activities such as walking. Sleeping early can further aid in balancing internal heat.

If your symptoms persist or worsen, seek immediate medical consultation. Chronic conditions require targeted interventions. Ensuring that there is no undue delay in addressing persisting symptoms is crucial for health. Even though these suggestions integrate traditional knowledge, they do not replace conventional medical treatment if the problem is severe.
