Aapke lakshan spashth roop se insomnia aur anxiety se jude siddh hoty hai. Ayurveda mein, is tarah ki sthiti ko adhiktar Vata dosha ke vitiation se dekha jata hai. Vata dosha chetna pradhan aur gati-pradhan hota hai, jo anidra aur manasik ashanti ka karan ho sakta hai. Sabse pehle, aapko apni dincharya aur bhojan par dhyan dena hoga.

1. Aahara (Diet): Vata ko shaant karne ke liye, garam, snigdha aur laghu aahar lena chahiye. Isme ghar ke khadiye tel ka prayog kare, jaise til aur nariyal ka tel. Ratriko doodh ke sath ek chammach ghee ka upyog kiya jaa skta hai, yah vata ko shaant karega aur neend ko badhawa dega.

2. Dinajarya (Daily Routine): Din aur raat ke samay vata ko balance mein rakhna awashak hai. So, aapko pratidin same samay par jagna aur sone ki koshish karni chahiye. Achha hoga agar aap raat ko 10 baje se pehle so jayein.

3. Yoga and Pranayama: Vata ko niyantrit karne ke liye pranayama aur yoga aasano ka sahara lein. Brahmari aur Anulom-Vilom ka abhyas karein. Yog mein shavasana aur yoga nidra se labh ho sakta hai. Ye manasik santulan mein sahayak ho sakta hai.

4. Taila Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Sarso ya til tel ka abhyanga karein, yah vata dosha ko shaant karne mein fidayi hai. Din bhar ki takawat ko kam karne ke liye istemal karein.

5. Manasik Shanti: Dainik vyayam aur meditación ko apni dincharya mein shamil kare. Yeh aapke manasik svebhrikshakon ko thoda virdi pradhan karenge aur uneendri ko samarth banayenge.
