I am dealing with this really frustrating issue lately. For the last few months, I’ve been experiencing some serious digestive problems. Like, it feels like my stomach just can’t handle anything I eat. Bloating, uncomfortable cramps, and sometimes even nausea. I read about Baidyanath Kravyad Ras and thought it might be worth a shot since it’s supposed to promote better digestion and balance the doshas. I’m just not sure if it really works or if it's safe to use since I also have a history of gastritis and I’m on a couple of meds for that. A friend of mine recommended it, saying it helped her with her digestion but I’m a bit worried about mixing it with my current treatments. I actually went to a doctor, and they suggested some other things but didn't mention Baidyanath Kravyad Ras. I don’t know, I feel like the whole thing is a bit overwhelming. I try to keep treatments as per classical principles while adjusting to modern preventive needs, esp in cardiology related risk factors. I am more inclined towards preventive care, lifestyle correction and procedure based management rather than only medicine. Diet, daily routine, and follow up matters a lot, even if patient feels fine initially. I may sound strict sometimes about compliance, but results do show up slowly. My approach keeps evolving, and I am still learning everyday, from patients mostly, not just textbooks!!

I work with chronic conditions, gut imbalances, seasonal allergies, emotional stress patterns, even people who just “don’t feel right” anymore but don’t have a name for it. Prevention is also a huge part of what I do—Ayurveda isn’t just for after you fall sick. Helping someone stay aligned, even when nothing feels urgent, is maybe the most powerful part of this science. My entire practice is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridayam—and I try to stay true to the system, but I also speak to people where they’re at. That means making the treatments doable in real life. No fancy lists of herbs no one can find. No shloka lectures unless someone wants them. Just real healing using real logic and intuition together. I care about precision in diagnosis. I don’t rush that part. I take time. Because one wrong assumption and you’re treating the shadow, not the source. And that’s what I try to avoid. My goal isn’t temporary relief—it’s to teach the body how to not need constant fixing. When someone walks away lighter, clearer, more in tune with their system—that’s the actual win.
