I am really confused right now. I’ve been dealing with some pretty rough digestive issues for a few months. Like, bloating and gas, and it gets worse after I eat. Totally annoying, right? Anyway, a friend told me about Rajah Ayurveda Shadangam Kashayam and said it might help with my digestion. I looked it up and it sounds like a traditional remedy, but I’m just not sure. I've tried a couple other things, but they haven't worked—I'm still feeling uncomfortable a lot of the time. The other day, I went to see a doctor who mentioned that maybe my agni was off, whatever that means. But yeah, he suggested I maybe try Rajah Ayurveda Shadangam Kashayam to balance things out. Can this really do anything? Like, is it safe? I just don’t want to waste more time on something that won't help, you know? Plus, I heard people mention using it for things other than digestion, too. It’s just... should I give it a shot? Or are there any side effects I should be aware of? Kinda desperate at this point to get my gut back on track, lol.
