डॉक्टरों की प्रतिक्रियाएं

Hello, Can you please answer the following and share all the existing recent reports? 1. What is your BMI? 2. How is the appetite and bowel movement and sleep? 3. What are the medications you are on(with dosage)?

By whatever you have explained, it is better to consult a good ayurvedic doctor at your place for effective treatment. Till then you can start on the following: 1. Indukantha kashayam 15ml-----0------15ml 45 minutes after breakfast and 45 minutes after dinner by adding 45ml of boiled cooled water. 2. Vidaryadi kashayam 15ml----0------15 ml 45 minutes before breakfast and 45ml before dinner by adding 45ml of boiled cooled water. 3. Start practicing deep breathing with awareness gently.

Take care, Kind regards.

For prolonged fever, chronic fatigue, and celiac disease, Ayurveda emphasizes restoring balance to your doshas, particularly Vata and Pitta, which might be disturbed in your case. The key is to strengthen your digestive fire, agni, and pacify the aggravated doshas. Your diet should be warm, easy to digest, and primarily gluten-free due to celiac. Opt for cooked meals, like rice with steamed vegetables, and include spices like ginger, cumin, and fennel to support digestion.

Hydration is crucial, so drink warm water throughout the day. Herbal teas, especially those with ginger or tulsi, can help reduce fever and support the immune system. Ashwagandha and Guduchi are excellent herbs for bolstering energy and immunity. Taking these in powder or capsule form, 500mg twice daily, can help. Yet, it’s essential to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner before using these to ensure they suit your constitution.

Establish a consistent routine to aid your body’s natural rhythms. Go to bed early and wake at sunrise if possible. Gentle exercises like yoga, focusing on restorative poses, can be beneficial. Pranayama, or breathwork, can enhance energy and calm the nervous system. Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) practiced for 5-10 minutes twice daily may improve your vitality and reduce stress.

Mindfulness and meditation can be beneficial. Just 10-15 minutes of daily practice can improve mental clarity and focus. Do not force yourself to exert, as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome can worsen. Listen to your body, and rest when needed, allowing time for healing.

If fever persists or symptoms worsen, seek medical evaluation promptly to rule out other conditions or complications. Ayurveda complements, but should not replace conventional medical advice, ensuring you get a comprehensive approach to your health issues.

Fever persisting for two months along with celiac disease and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) points to an imbalance in your body’s prakriti, possibly indicating vata and pitta disturbance. The fever and fatigue suggest the presence of weakened agni, or digestive fire, which needs strengthening. Here’s a multifaceted approach that combines dietary, lifestyle, and herbal interventions to support your well-being.

Begin by examining your diet closely. With celiac disease, it’s crucial to strictly avoid gluten, but also to focus on easily digestible foods. Warm, cooked meals like rice porridge (kanji) with a bit of ginger can aid digestion. Incorporate spices such as cumin and coriander to further ignite agni and support digestion. Hydration is essential, so sip warm water or herbal teas like tulsi or ginger tea throughout the day, which also aids in detoxifying the body.

Herbs like Ashwagandha and Guduchi can be very helpful here. Ashwagandha is known to strengthen the body and mind, countering fatigue, while Guduchi works on boosting immunity and reducing low-grade fevers. Consider Ashwagandha in powder form, about 1-2 grams mixed with warm milk daily. Guduchi (Giloy) can be taken as a decoction by boiling a small piece of the stem in water until it reduces by half, then consuming it throughout the day.

Restorative practices like pranayama and meditation can provide relief. Simple breathing exercises, performed regularly, can help balance vata dosha and provide mental clarity. Aim for a routine sleep schedule, going to bed early to align with your natural circadian rhythms, which is crucial for healing.

If fever persists, this is a crucial point to consult a healthcare provider again to rule out any other underlying conditions that may need conventional medical intervention. Be cautious with exertion — gentle restorative yoga postures might support healing without overtaxing your energy reserves.

Adhering to these guidelines, observing how your body responds, and making adjustments as necessary could facilitate the body’s return towards equilibrium. Always prioritize specific medical consultations when symptoms are resistant to initial interventions.
