Feeling bloated and dealing with digestive issues can indeed be troublesome. In Ayurveda, bloating and gas are often linked with an imbalance in the Vata dosha, possibly compounded by Agni (digestive fire) issues. These digestive disturbances can lead to sensations of fullness, pain, and even discomfort such as burning in the chest. Considering your symptoms, including piles, addressing them through diet and lifestyle can be helpful in alleviating these discomforts.

First, take a look at what you consume during lunch. Try including warm, easy-to-digest foods like cooked vegetables, daal (lentils), and rice. Avoid cold, raw, or overly processed foods as they may exacerbate Vata imbalance. Since you experience relief the day after your bowel movement, regularizing this can prevent bloating. Triphala is an age-old Ayurvedic remedy that can help regulate bowel movements - take a teaspoon mixed with warm water before bed.

For the discomfort of piles, focus on maintaining soft stools to avoid strain, which in turn may alleviate some of the associated pain and discomfort. Drink ample water, and include fiber-rich foods like whole grains, legumes, and green leafy vegetables, but ensure they are cooked. Ghee is beneficial too – adding a teaspoon to your meals can aid in lubrication and help ease bowel movements.

Your left-sided abdominal and chest pain may also require attention. These are often relieved by supporting digestion and possibly reducing acid reflux. Sipping on hot, ginger tea or taking ajwain with warm water post meals can help in reducing bloating, acidity and ispelling the trapped gases.

While these recommendations might ease your symptoms, listen to your body. If these pains persist or worsen, it would be prudent to seek a healthcare professional to ensure there are no more serious underlying issues. Chronic or severe symptoms can indicate a need for prompt medical attention, so don’t hesitate to consult for a comprehensive check-up.

It appears you’re dealing with digestive discomfort that includes bloating, left-side pain, chest pain, and piles. In the Siddha-Ayurvedic view, these symptoms suggest an imbalance in your digestive system, likely aggravated by vata dosha and possibly pitta dosha. Addressing this requires a holistic approach to reestablish balance and enhance digestive fire, or agni.

Firstly, increase intake of warm, cooked foods that are easy to digest. Consider including moong dal, cooked vegetables like carrots and squash, and whole grains like rice. These can soothe vata aggravation and are gentle on the gut. Avoid gas-forming foods such as beans, carbonated drinks, and raw salads that can increase bloating.

For chest burning and discomfort, try drinking aloe vera juice or buttermilk spiced with a pinch of cumin and coriander post meals. These can help cool down excess pitta. Ginger tea, especially before meals, may assist in reducing bloating and enhancing digestion.

The pain on the left side might be related to trapped gas, which can cause transient discomfort. Regular physical activity will help stimulate digestive health and shift gas. Yoga poses like Pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose) may provide immediate relief.

For piles, ensuring soft stools is crucial. Increase dietary fiber through fruits like papaya and warm, freshly made whole wheat porridge. Adequate hydration is equally essential—drink warm water throughout the day, which can help ensure regular bowel movements.

If chest pain persists or becomes more intense, seek immediate medical advice. It’s imperative to rule out any serious conditions like cardiac issues. Balancing your diet and lifestyle in line with your doshic constitution and eating mindfully can be critical for long-term relief.
