I am really struggling with some digestive issues lately. Like, it started about a few months ago with bloating and gas after almost every meal. Super frustrating! I tried changing my diet thinking it might help, but nothing seemed to really work. A friend mentioned to me about this herbal medicine called Vaidyaratnam Vara Choornam, saying it might help with digestion and all. I'm honestly curious if anyone here has had experience using Vaidyaratnam Vara Choornam for something similar?
