I am really struggling with some health issues lately and heard about this AVP Dasamoolakaduthrayam Kashayam but I’m honestly clueless about it. A few months back, I started feeling super fatigued all the time, just like exhausted. Tried a bunch of tests and the docs just say I’m fine, no anemia or anything. But still, I feel drained.
