I am really struggling with some ongoing health issues and hoping to find some advice. For the past several months, I’ve had this uncomfortable feeling in my stomach, like bloating and heaviness, kinda makes me feel sluggish all day. I tried to eat healthier, but even fruits sometimes don’t sit right! Last week, I visited the doctor, and they mentioned it might be due to an imbalance in my digestive system. They even suggested incorporating Malabar Rajanyadi Choornam into my routine, but I honestly don’t know much about it. I looked into it and heard it might help with digestion and even some detoxing?? But I don’t totally get how I’m supposed to use Malabar Rajanyadi Choornam or what the actual benefits are gonna be. Should I take it every day, or just when I'm feeling bloated?
