आहार- 1.फाइबर युक्त भोजन जैसे सलाद, फल, साबुत अनाज खाएं। 2.सेब, संतरा, ओट्स, भिगोए हुए और छिले हुए बादाम खाएं। 3. पानी की पर्याप्त मात्रा. 4.ब्रेड, बन्स, पिज्जा, नूडल्स, पैकेज्ड स्नैक्स जैसी मैदा से बनी चीजों से बचें। 5. रोजाना गर्म दूध पिएं. 6. खाली पेट 2-3 गिलास गर्म पानी पियें। 7. हमेशा गर्म और ताजा बना हुआ भोजन लें। 8. तले हुए भोजन, मसालेदार, तैलीय, फास्ट फूड से बचें।

MAIN COMPLAINT -difficulty passing stools need to go after meals, not satisfactory evacuation -mild weakness -gradual weight loss for 2 years -minor dietary changes only

DURATION= more than 6 months SEVERITY= mild weakness, moderate bowel irregularity

In Ayurveda, this condition can be understood as “pakvashaya dushti” (disturbance in the large intestine) and “Apana vata vitiation” (imbalance in the vata energy controlling elimination

The colon is the main seat of vata dosha, which controls all movements in the body- bowel movement, urination, menstrual flow, nerve impulse etc

When vata becomes imbalanced due to wrong eating habits, stress, lack of sleep, or excessive dryness in food, it leads to -irregular bowel habits -incomplete evacuation -gas, bloating, and distention after mals -weak digestion -gradual tissue weakness and mild weight loss

In this condition, the digestive system is working below its capacity. Food is to digested completely, leading to accumulation of ama (toxins) and reduced absorption of nutrients- hence weakness and weight loss

TREATMENT GOALS -restore digestive powder- the root cause correction -balance vata in the large intestine- for proper bowel movement -remove ama (toxins) from intestines -nourish body tissues -to regain strength and weight -stabilize the mind and body- improve daily rhythm through lifestyle and yoga

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) HINGWASATAKA CHURNA= 1/2 tsp after meals with warm water for 3 months = improves digestion, removes gas, and relieves post meal bloating

2) AVIPATTIKAR CHURNA= 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water for 2 months = acts as a mild laxative and balances pitta and vata , helps complete evacuation

AVOID -dry foods- biscuits, chips, bread toast -cold or stale meals, fast foods, fried and spicy food -late night eating or skipping meals -excess raw salads or cold drinks

LIFESTYLE MODIFICATIONS -SLEEP= early to bed and early to rise before 6 am -MEAL DISCIPLINE= eat at fixed times, do to suppress natural urges -STRESS= practice calming activities- reading, meditation, light music -HYDRATION= keep body hydrated with warm water, soups, or herbal teas -Avoid sitting long hours, light walk after meals improves digestion

YOGA ASANAS -pawanmuktasana= relieves gas and improve digestion -Vajrasana = sit 5-10 min after meals for better digestion -Bhujangasana= strengthens abdominal organs -trikonasana= improves blood flow and muscle tone

मुख्य शिकायत - भोजन के बाद मल त्याग में कठिनाई, मल त्याग संतोषजनक नहीं - हल्की कमज़ोरी - 2 वर्षों से धीरे-धीरे वज़न कम होना - केवल आहार में मामूली बदलाव

अवधि = 6 महीने से अधिक गंभीरता = हल्की कमज़ोरी, मध्यम मल त्याग अनियमितता

आयुर्वेद में, इस स्थिति को “पाकवशय दूष्टि” (बड़ी आंत में गड़बड़ी) और “अपान वात विकृति” (उत्सर्जन को नियंत्रित करने वाली वात ऊर्जा में असंतुलन) के रूप में समझा जा सकता है।

बृहदान्त्र वात दोष का मुख्य स्थान है, जो शरीर की सभी गतिविधियों - मल त्याग, पेशाब, मासिक धर्म प्रवाह, तंत्रिका आवेग आदि को नियंत्रित करता है।

4) अश्वगंधा चूर्ण = 1 चम्मच दूध के साथ दिन में दो बार, 3 महीने तक =शक्ति बढ़ाता है, शरीर को पोषण देता है, कमजोरी कम करता है

5) शतावरी कल्प = 1 चम्मच सुबह दूध के साथ, 3 महीने तक = पाचन, पोषण और समग्र जीवन शक्ति में सुधार करता है

6) च्यवनप्राश = सुबह 1 चम्मच = कायाकल्प टॉनिक, रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता और पाचन को बढ़ाता है

बाहरी उपयोग

1) तेल मालिश - गर्म तिल के तेल का प्रयोग करें - पूरे शरीर पर, खासकर पेट पर, नहाने से पहले, हफ्ते में 3-4 बार लगाएँ = वात को शांत करने, कब्ज से राहत दिलाने और ताकत बढ़ाने में मदद करता है

2) हल्की भाप चिकित्सा - तेल मालिश के बाद, गर्म पानी से स्नान करें, हल्की भाप लें = रक्त संचार बेहतर बनाने और जकड़न या रूखेपन को दूर करने में मदद करता है

घरेलू उपचार - घी चिकित्सा = नहाने से पहले, 1 चम्मच गाय का घी गर्म दूध के साथ लें बिस्तर पर - आंतों को चिकनाई देता है और मल को नरम बनाता है -अजवाइन और जीरे का पानी = 3 कप पानी में 1-1 चम्मच जीरा उबालें, आधा कर दें, दिन भर घूंट-घूंट करके पिएँ -पपीता, पका केला, भीगी हुई किशमिश - प्राकृतिक रूप से मल त्याग में सुधार करते हैं -चाय/कॉफी के अधिक सेवन से बचें - ये निर्जलीकरण करते हैं और वात को बढ़ाते हैं

आहार -गर्म, ताज़ा पका हुआ, आसानी से पचने वाला भोजन -मूंग दाल की खिचड़ी, चावल का दलिया, घी, सूप, उबली हुई सब्ज़ियाँ, दूध, खजूर -हल्के पाचक मसाले जैसे जीरा, सौंफ, अजवाइन, हींग, हल्दी मिलाएँ -दिन भर गर्म पानी पिएँ

इनसे बचें -सूखे खाद्य पदार्थ - बिस्कुट, चिप्स, ब्रेड टोस्ट -ठंडा या बासी खाना, फ़ास्ट फ़ूड, तला हुआ और मसालेदार खाना -देर रात खाना या खाना छोड़ना -अत्यधिक कच्चा सलाद या कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स

जीवनशैली में बदलाव -नींद = जल्दी सोना और सुबह 6 बजे से पहले जल्दी उठना सुबह -भोजन अनुशासन = निश्चित समय पर भोजन करें, प्राकृतिक इच्छाओं को दबाने के लिए व्यायाम करें -तनाव = शांत करने वाली गतिविधियाँ करें - पढ़ना, ध्यान, हल्का संगीत -जलयोजन = गर्म पानी, सूप या हर्बल चाय से शरीर को हाइड्रेटेड रखें -लंबे समय तक बैठने से बचें, भोजन के बाद हल्की सैर पाचन में सुधार करती है

योग आसन -पवनमुक्तासन = गैस से राहत और पाचन में सुधार -वज्रासन = बेहतर पाचन के लिए भोजन के 5-10 मिनट बाद बैठें -भुजंगासन = पेट के अंगों को मजबूत करता है -त्रिकोणासन = रक्त प्रवाह और मांसपेशियों की टोन में सुधार करता है

प्राणायाम -अनुलोम विलोम = वात और मन को संतुलित करता है -भ्रामरी = चिंता दूर करता है, ध्यान बढ़ाता है -कपालभाति = पाचन अग्नि में सुधार करता है

अनुशासित जीवनशैली, सही पाचन प्रबंधन और नियमित आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा से यह स्थिति पूरी तरह से ठीक हो सकती है

Aapke lakshan se lagta hai ki aapke pachan tantra mein kuch asadharan ghat rahe hain, jo aapke vata dosha aur agni ke santulan par prabhav dal sakte hain. Yeh sambhav hai ki praatan hetu vata dosha ki vriddhi aur mand agni ho sakti hai, jo apke malavisarjan aur aahar grahan par asar daal sakta hai.

Is stithi mein vyavaharik apchaar aur aahar ke maadhyam se aap kuch upay kar sakte hain. Pehle, aap apne aahar mein kuch parivartan karein:

1. Aahar ka Chunav: Bhaari aur gahr gahrisht bhojan se bachaen jaise ki maida se bani cheezen, talmakhan, aur processed bhojan. Iske sath, pachak aur poshak bhojan ka grahan karein, jaise ki ghiya, tori, dal, aur chawal.

2. Trikatu Churan: Trikatu churan (saanchurn, mirch aur adrak) ko apne bhojan mein shamil karen. Yeh agni ko prabhavit kar aapki pachan kriya ko sudhar sakte hain. Do baar din mein garam paani ke saath lein.

3. Yoga aur Vyayam: Thorasa haalasan aur pavanamuktasana jaisey yogasan karein jo aapki aatma aur sharir ko santulan mein la sakte hain; magar dhyaan rahe ki aap kisi anubhav sayukt vyakti se seekh kar hi ye karein.

4. Amla aur Dahi: Har din dahi me se siyanceer aur aamla churna milana ropayatmak ho sakta hai. Aamla ho sakta hai har din po ranek aapko sharir ko urja de.

5. Dhyan aur Aaram: Aapko din mein vishraam bhi lena chahiye aur har din dhyan aur aatmavishram mein samay nahi chhodna chahiye.
