Add 1 tsp desi ghee to meals – prevents dryness and balances Vata.

Warm, nourishing, unctuous meals (khichdi, mung dal soup, cooked veggies)
Protein-rich foods – milk, paneer, lentils, sprouts

Fried, stale, and very spicy foods
Excess coffee or tea
Refined sugar and cold, dry foods
✅ Lifestyle (Vihara)
Avoid stress, late nights, and overthinking—these aggravate Vata.

Regular head massage and meditation will rejuvenate scalp tissues.
Maintain regular bowel habits with Triphala or ghee in warm milk.
