Hello I really get that feeling and it is very frustrating that these problems keep happening every time you stop your medications. But dont worry - we will take care of you. 😊
✅Understanding Your Condition (Ayurvedic View)
The signs you have vata imbalance in the colon with Agnimandya (weak digestive fire). Your symptoms are typical of Agnimandya (weak digestive fire) with vata imbalance in the colon.
It is a situation where medicines have been used for a long time to keep the symptoms at bay but after stopping, Ama (toxins) accumulates again → giving rise to: flatulence, abdominal distention irregular bowel movement hard stools drug dependence It implies that the fundamental cause of the problem is still there.
✅PROBABLE CAUSES
-Eating habits are irregular -You have a moderate intake of fiber but occasionally eat junk food that aggravates Vata Pitta - Stress and rapid lifestyle- Long-term gut inflammation due to faulty agni
✅AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT
✅PANCHAKARMA THERAPY(To be performed under the supervision of a qualified Ayurvedic doctor)
Mridu Virechana (mild purgation) – Very good for chronic gastritis + constipation + Ama
Basti therapy (2–3 days) if constipation is severelong-standing
These aid in the reactivation of gut functioning and the reduction of medicine dependence.
✅INTERNAL MEDICATION
1. Triphala churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm waterIt facilitates bowel movementPurifies the colonPrevents recurrence
2. Agnitundi Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food (as per Vaidya’s advice)
3. Avipattikar Churna 1/2 tsp before mealsIt helps reducing acidity + gas
4. Takra Siddha Yoga (Buttermilk therapy)After lunch, take thin buttermilk with jeera + hing
✅DIET MODIFICATION

Let vegetables be boiled (bottle gourd, pumpkin, spinach, ridge gourd)
Eating fruits every day: papaya, banana, warm stewed apple
CCF tea (cumin + coriander + fennel)
❌Foods to Avoid Junk food Bakery products Cold refrigerated foods Excess tea/coffee Heavy, oily meals at night
Daily Routine (Supports Gut Reset) Wake up early, not later than 7 am
Warm water should be drank: 1–2 glasses Walking should be done for 20–30 minutes daily Natural urges should not be held Back to back eating should be avoided by eating at the same time every day
✅ HOME REMEDIES
–Warm water + ghee therapy At bedtime:1 tsp cow ghee + 1 cup warm water It is very useful in that it helps to soften the stool and to calm Vata.
–Hing + Jeera water 1/2 tsp roasted jeera A pinch of hingBoil in water → drink once daily Relieves gas and acidity.
You are definitely able to get over this by healing your Agni and balancing Vata. Ayurvedic interventions provide a long-term solution and not a temporary relief like that of medicines.
Wishing you a good health😊

HELLO,
You are having gastric problems + constipation for more than 6 months This means your digestive system is not working in a smooth, coordinated way
In Ayurveda, this happens due to
a) AGNI MANDYA (weak or irregular digestion) Your stomach fire becomes weak or unstable because of -eating junk food, spicy food, cold foods -irregular eating times -stress -long sitting -less water -improper sleep
When Agni becomes disturbed, food does to digest properly. This creates ama (toxins) which causes -gas -acidity -bloating -heaviness -burning -slow bowel movement
B) VATA IMBALANCE Vata controls movement in the body. when vata becomes high due to poor lifestyle, it leads to -dry stool -constipation -gas -irregular digestion -anxiety/ stress
C) PITTA IMBALANCE (excess heat) Pitta controls digestion. when pitta increases -burning in stomach -acidity -sour belching -gastric irritation So, both vata and pitta are disturbed
That is why medicines help you only temporarily, because the root cause is still present
TREATMENT GOALS -restore agni (digestive fire) -remove ama (toxins) -balance vata (for constipation) - calm Pitta (for acidity)
