नमस्ते, मैं 7 महीने की पोस्टपार्टम और स्तनपान कराने वाली माँ हूँ। मैं अपने बच्चे को अपने दूध के माध्यम से सबसे अच्छी सेहत और इम्युनिटी देना चाहती हूँ। मैं अपने खाने में इम्युनिटी कैसे बढ़ा सकती हूँ ताकि बच्चे को सबसे अच्छा दूध मिले? आसान खाद्य पदार्थ कौन से हैं?

Namaste, During breastfeeding, your diet directly supports the quality of breast milk, which helps in providing nutrition and immunity for the baby. Eating a balanced and nourishing diet is the most important step. Simple measures that may help: Include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lentils, nuts, and seeds in your daily meals. Add healthy fats such as sesame seeds, almonds, walnuts, and a small amount of ghee if suitable. Drink adequate warm fluids like water, soups, and herbal drinks to support milk production. Avoid excessive junk food, processed foods, and very sugary snacks. Since you have dairy intolerance, you can include plant-based calcium sources like sesame seeds, ragi, almonds, and leafy greens. Traditional foods like khichdi, vegetable soups, moong dal, dates, soaked almonds, and millet preparations can be nourishing and easy to digest during the postpartum period. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support nourishment during breastfeeding include: Shatavari – traditionally used to support lactation and overall nourishment. Ashwagandha – sometimes used to support strength and recovery after delivery. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

—Eat More Fruits & Veggies: Citrus, berries, spinach, carrots, sweet potato. Protein: Lentils, beans, eggs, tofu, chicken, fish. Healthy Fats: Flax, chia, walnuts, avocado. Whole Grains: Oats, brown rice, quinoa. Gut-Friendly Foods: Sauerkraut, kimchi, coconut yogurt. —Easy Meals Oats + chia + berries Lentil soup + rice Stir-fry veggies + tofu/chicken Fruit & nuts snack –Drink plenty of water. Limit junk food and excess caffeine. Rest whenever you can.
