For lifestyle adjustments, maintain a regular schedule, including going to bed and waking up at consistent times. Engage in gentle exercises like yoga, which can improve digestion. Yogi asanas like Pawanmuktasana and Vajrasana are beneficial.
You might also benefit from taking Triphala churna before bed, as this is a classical Ayurvedic formula that aids with constipation and detoxification. Take about half a teaspoon with warm water.
If symptoms persist or escalate, seek immediate medical attention, as severe bloating might indicate a more serious underlying condition that requires a professional evaluation. Do not ignore symptoms that seem unusually painful or persistent.
