Namaste. Your symptoms suggest Agni Dushti (weak digestion) and Vata-Pitta imbalance, leading to malabsorption and weakness.

Ayurvedic Management:

Internal Remedies: Avipattikar Churna: 1 tsp before meals to improve digestion and reduce acidity. Shatavari Powder: 1 tsp with milk to improve energy and digestion. Kutaj Ghana Vati: 2 tablets twice daily to improve stool consistency. Diet: Eat warm, light, and easily digestible foods like khichdi, moong dal, and ghee. Avoid cold, fermented, and heavy-to-digest foods. Lifestyle: Eat small, frequent meals and avoid lying down immediately after eating. Drink cumin-coriander-fennel tea to soothe digestion.

It sounds like you’ve been having quite a rough time with your tummy issues. Let’s untangle this a bit, yeah? From what you’ve described, it seems to me that you might have an imbalance in your Vata and Pitta doshas—it’s kinda influencing your digestive fire, or what we call “agni” in Ayurveda. Now, bear with me while I clumsily connect the dots.

Firstly, you find yourself with decreased appetite and feeling full quickly. That’s a sign, usually, of low agni. When the digestive fire is weak, everything you eat barely gets processed right and you end up with bloating or that heavy feeling.

Acidity in burps and farts? Classic Pitta gone haywire! And the intolerance to milk and sweets also casually points towards that. So, here’s a thought: start your day with a warm glass of water to perk up that agni. You can even squeeze a little lemon in it, just if that suits you.

When it comes to meals, try having smaller portions, go for easy-to-digest food. Think warm, cooked veggies, like stew or soups. Avoid cold foods or raw salads for now, they might just make things worse. Spices like cumin, coriander, and fennel can be your best pals—like, add them in your meals to help balance digestion. But go easy on chilies! Pitta can’t stand too much heat.

About the carbo veg 30 helping, it’s great it’s working but listen—I’d suggest focusing also on natural solutions. Herbal teas, for instance, like ginger or licorice tea, can be calming for both Vata and Pitta. Have these between meals.

The movement helps digestion too, so try gentle walks after meals, nothing heavy though. Your energy levels being low could be a combination of poor digestion and nutrient absorption. And that leg pain, might be connected. Ensuring proper nourishment should help over time.

If this discomfort continues, please don’t hesitate to see a healthcare practitioner. It’s always a good idea to get regular check-ups. Take good care of yourself and remember, age doesn’t define how you’re feeling—take it slow and align your lifestyle, okay? You’ll get there.
