AYURVEDIC PERSPECTIVE
From an Ayurvedic point of view, this points to a few things: * Mandagni: Your digestion is probably pretty weak. * Ama: You’ve likely got some toxins hanging around. * Pitta and Kapha out of whack: These are bothering you a lot.
When your digestion isn’t working right, food doesn’t break down fully, and that creates Ama, which are basically toxins. This Ama then irritates Pitta (causing things like heartburn, tongue issues, and burning) and amps up Kapha (leading to that throat mucus and heavy feeling). Over time, this just makes you feel sick and weak all the time.
So, what’s likely happening
–Amlapitta: Kinda like acid reflux. –Kaphaja Kantharoga A throat thing caused by Kapha. –Amajanya Daurbalya: Weakness from those toxins.
AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT
INTERNAL MEDICATION
1 Avipattikar ChurnaBHalf a teaspoon After dinner With warm water Helps with heartburn, constipation, and stomach discomfort.
2.Sitopaladi Churna Half a teaspoon Twice a day With honey (Cuts down on throat mucus and irritation, and helps with your tongue.)
3.Kamdudha Ras (no Mukta): 1 tablet Twice a day after meals (Calms down too much Pitta, good for mouth sores and burning sensations.)
4. Gandhak Rasayan: 1 tablet Once a day after breakfast ( Good for ongoing swelling and helps your tissues heal.)
DIET AND LIFESTYLE (Super Important!):

* Warm, freshly cooked food * Rice, moong dal (split yellow lentils), bottle gourd, pumpkin * Buttermilk with roasted cumin (only at lunch)
❌AVOID
* Spicy, fried, sour foods * Tea, coffee, cold drinks * Eating late at night * Too many sweets and baked goods
