मेरे पास ऑटोइम्यून हाइपोथायरॉइडिज्म, डायबिटीज, हाई कोलेस्ट्रॉल और अनियमित पीरियड्स हैं। मैं थाय्रॉक्स 200mg ले रही हूँ फिर भी TSH हाई है। मेटफॉर्मिन 500mg दिन में दो बार और एटोरवास 20mg ले रही हूँ। कृपया कुछ दवा या आयुर्वेदिक उपचार सुझाएं।

Take herbal powders at least 1 hour apart from thyroxine to avoid absorption interference. -Diet Recommendations Include: Whole grains (oats, barley, millets), cooked vegetables, leafy greens, fiber-rich fruits (apple, guava, pomegranate), healthy fats (flax seeds, walnuts, ghee in moderation), spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander, and ginger. -Avoid / Limit: Refined sugar, fried foods, excess dairy, soy, raw cruciferous vegetables, processed snacks. Sleep: 10 pm – 6 am, avoid late nights. Stress reduction: Meditation or deep breathing 10–15 min/day. Monitoring Thyroid: TSH, Free T4 every 6–8 weeks. Blood Sugar: Fasting and postprandial monthly until stable. Cholesterol: Lipid profile monthly until stable. Menstrual Cycle: Track for regularity and flow changes. Cautions Ayurvedic herbs may slightly influence thyroid hormone levels; monitor TSH regularly. Avoid taking calcium, iron, or heavy herbal powders at the same time as thyroxine.
