Soak overnight coriander seeds fennel seeds jeera seeds in the morning strain and drink empty stomach before breakfast. Do sheetali pranayam daily 5-10mins twice.

Hello, along with constant abdominal pain I assume you are also having symptoms like belching burning sensation in stomach and sticky unsatisfactory bowel movements. Is there any mouth ulcers also? Is there a raw feeling on your tongue,reddish and slimy? You need to start taking sutsekhar ras 1 tab twice daily after food Avipathy choorna 5 gm with honey and warm water at bed time Kaiduryadi kashayam 10 ml thrice daily 1hour before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water Ardra guduchi tablet 2 nos thrice daily after food. You will have good results in current symptoms very soon To prevent further flare ups Avoid taking salty spicy and masala items, fried, fermented and day old items. Avoid using sour items and dahi.avoid items like achar,papad and fast foods For better results turn your diet into a freshly prepared food, steamed soft food items, cold milk with sugar, vegetables like loki, cucumber,etc. Further more once the immediate pain and symptoms subside start taking mahatiktaka ghrta 10gm on empty stomach every morning for preventing flare ups and to reduce intensity of possible flare ups.
