Hello, It is good to know that you underwent a course of panchakarma. As there are multiple issues it is better to consult an Ayurveda person in and around your place to undergo nadi pariksha(pulse reading). This helps to regulate the ayurveda supplements you are taking+ to advice on better protein options without causing any burden on your liver. And also please start practicing yogasana-pranayama-meditation consistently everyday. This will have positive effect on over all wellbeing. Take care, Kind regards.
आपके जवाब के लिए धन्यवाद! जब भी मैं कर पाता हूँ, मैं शांभवी महामुद्रा क्रिया का अभ्यास करता हूँ।

Dear Vera 🙏 First, I want to say — your body has been through a lot. What you describe is not a simple case. It is a long-term nervous system + liver + gut imbalance, and your fear about harming the liver again is completely understandable. I will answer you carefully and safely. 🌿 Understanding Your Case (Holistic View) You have: 20+ years widespread pain → diagnosed fibromyalgia / connective tissue disorder Severe unexplained liver inflammation (enzymes >1500) Long diarrhea episode after contrast scan Sensitive digestion since then Menopause (2 years) Insomnia (wake 1–3am) Right rib pressure Bloating, poor tolerance to legumes Long-term low protein intake From an Ayurvedic view: This is Vata aggravated in nervous system + Pitta affecting liver + weak Agni (digestive fire). From modern perspective: Possible autoimmune tendency Liver hypersensitivity to substances Gut barrier disruption Hormonal shift (menopause) Central sensitization (fibromyalgia) We must go very gentle. ⚠ First Important Point – Your Liver History Liver enzymes >1500 is serious acute hepatitis level. Even if cause was unclear, your liver is reactive. So: 👉 Do NOT combine many herbs at once 👉 Avoid strong detox herbs 👉 Avoid frequent supplement changes 🌿 About What You Are Taking Now Let’s review honestly. Morning: Neem + Curcuma Dandelion + Milk thistle tea Amla Creatine Matcha + coffee Afternoon: Shatavari Ashwagandha That is quite a lot for a sensitive liver. Even good herbs become stressful in combination. 🟡 Possible Issues Neem + Curcuma daily → strong liver-stimulating + bitter + drying Dandelion + Milk thistle → also liver-active Amla → acidic (can aggravate sensitive gut) Coffee + matcha → increases cortisol + irritates gut Ashwagandha → usually safe but in rare cases can affect liver Creatine → generally safe, but unnecessary if liver feels pressure The right rib pressure worries me. Please do liver enzymes (AST, ALT, ALP, GGT) again soon. 🌿 My Suggestion: Simplify Immediately For 4 weeks, reduce to: ✔ Shatavari ¼ tsp (evening only) ✔ Magnesium glycinate at night (for sleep & muscles) Stop temporarily: Neem Daily curcuma (you can use in cooking only) Amla Matcha Creatine (pause) Ashwagandha (pause for now) Your system needs calming, not stimulation.

आपकी सलाह के लिए बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद 😊
🙏
First of all I would suggest you to stop taking creatine supplements it will stress on kidneys along with moong you can take sprouts lik Chana and even toasted Chana Makhana rajma soya Can take egg 5 days in a week one egg is enough Avoid oily fried junk processed foods Continue Ashwagandha and shatavari if still disturbed sleep is there then take warm milk with pinch of nutmeg at bedtime Massage your soles with warm sesame oil before sleep Practice pranayama meditation regularly Reg walking atleast 30 minutes daily

✓Current supplements Neem + Curcuma (morning) = too heating for your sensitive liver/gut = stop both Dandelion + Milk thistle tea - safe & good for liver = continue 1 cup/day (mid-morning) Amla powder (small amount) - excellent = continue ½–1 tsp morning with warm water Creatine → continue 3–5 g/day (mix in water or plant milk) Shatavari + Ashwagandha (¼ tsp each afternoon) = continue (increase Shatavari to ½–1 tsp if tolerated) Matcha/coffee = stop completely (aggravates Pitta, worsens sleep & gut sensitivity) ✓Recommended simplified daily protocol Morning (empty stomach) Warm water + ½–1 tsp Amla powder 3–5 g Creatine (in water) Mid-morning 1 cup Dandelion + Milk thistle tea Lunch & dinner Very small amount Shatavari + Ashwagandha (total ½–1 tsp each per day, with warm plant milk or water) Night Warm golden milk (plant milk + ½ tsp ghee + pinch turmeric + pinch nutmeg) = helps sleep & calms Vata ✓Best protein sources (easy on gut) Eggs: 1–2 whole eggs per day (boiled/poached/scrambled with ghee) = very well tolerated & high-quality protein Paneer/tofu: 50–100 g/day (soft, lightly cooked) Moong dal (split yellow): thin soup/khichdi = easiest legume Hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds: 1–2 tbsp/day (ground if bloating occurs) Plant protein powder (pea/rice/hemp blend): 20–30 g/day in shake (if tolerated) ✓Sleep & pain support Warm sesame oil head & foot massage 5–10 min nightly 10 min Anulom-Vilom + 5 min Bhramari before bed Legs elevated 15 min evening Strict 10 pm bedtime (no phone after 9 pm) Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma
