According to ayurveda bleeding piles is often related to vitiation of Pitta dosha and Rakta Dhatu. And Pitta dosha is hot, sharp and oily in nature if u eat similar kind of foods, again it increases the dosha and leads to pain and bleeding. So first and foremost thing to do is Avoid Spicy, Hot, Oily, Salty and soury diet to reduce your symptoms. Include Diet which is light to digest and brings cooling - like buttermilk, coconut water, water melon, cucumber, green leafy vegetables, Rice, oats, Barley, Jowar, Veg Khichdi, Fruits, Bottle gourd, Ash gourd etc. Just only drinking more water is not sufficient. 1. Do Yogasanasa like - pavanamuktasana, Balasana, Malasana, Vajrasana, Uttanasana, Bhujangasana, 10-15min mild walking, All these helps in easy bowel movement treating constipation and improves digestion, reduces bloating 2. Include more fibre in your diet 3. sleep 7-8 hrs because sleeplessness also causes indigestion and constipation. 4. Sitz bath 2-3 times a day which helps in soothing and reducing the inflammation and pain Avoid - 1. Dont sit continuously for hours - get up and walk for 3-5 min every hourly or 2nd hourly 2. Dont skip the meals- Eat timely 3. Dont expose to sun, avoid over exposure to sun Medicines - 1. Nagakesara churna 3gm with buttermilk - AF BD 2. Abhayarshta 20ml in 45ml of water - AF BD 3. Tripahala Vati 1-1
