Your symptoms suggest Kapha-Vata imbalance with Vishama Agni/Mandagni, intestinal ama formation and chronic irritation of guda leading to fissure. Frequent sticky stools, undigested particles, bloating after meals and night bowel movements indicate impaired digestion rather than simple fissure alone. Take Chitrakadi Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after meals Bilvadi Churna – 1 teaspoon with warm water twice daily before meals Kutaj Ghan Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after meals for sticky frequent stools Avipattikar Churna – 1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm water if straining/hard evacuation present Jatyadi Taila local application over fissure 2–3 times daily Triphala sitz bath with warm water nightly Diet Avoid curd at night, bakery foods, excess tea/coffee, fried food, nonveg heavy meals Avoid overeating at dinner Use warm water only Prefer rice gruel, green gram, thin buttermilk with roasted jeera, cooked vegetables Important: Midnight stools and persistent symptoms for long duration may also need evaluation for IBS, proctitis, infection, malabsorption or inflammatory bowel disease. At bedtime: Take 1 tsp ghee in warm milk or warm water to soften stool and support fissure healing. For Anal Fissure Do warm sitz bath for 10–15 minutes after stool. Apply Jatyadi oil or coconut oil locally for soothing and healing. Avoid straining during bowel movement. Ayurvedic Medicines Kutajghan Vati – helps regulate frequent loose/sticky stools. Avipattikar Churna or mild Triphala at night for digestion and bowel correction. Takra (thin buttermilk) with roasted jeera after lunch improves gut health.
