Now, from an Ayurvedic perspective, TB is often seen as a deep-seated imbalance, so we’d approach it focusing on strengthening immunity (the essence of which is called Ojas in Ayurveda) alongside addressing any specific doshic imbalances.

For overall strength and immunity enhancement, consider incorporating a herbal boost like Ashwagandha—it’s renowned for fortifying Ojas, which may improve body’s resilience. Rest is super vital. Stress, understandable in your situation, can aggravate Vata dosha, affecting reproductive health. Maybe add a few minutes of Pranayama—deep breathing exercises could aid in calming the system and creating balance.

Remember, while these Ayurveda recommendations assist in balancing the body, it’s crucial to have proper medical care, especially in the case of a suspected TB infection. Tuberculosis is serious and needs immediate attention—no delay here. Prioritize visits to a physician or specialist who can tailor a treatment plan suited for you.

Allow these Ayurveda suggestions to supplement traditional care, not completely replace it. Consider them as adjunctive help for overall wellness. Stay proactive in getting the appropriate diagnosis and treatment complemented by sustaining your mental and physical health.
