Giloy Ghanvati is incredibly effective for boosting immunity, especially against infections and inflammatory conditions. It works well for enhancing body’s resistance due to its rich in antioxidant properties. Best for fighting off seasonal infections and for balancing pitta and kapha doshas, usually it’s taken as 1-2 tablets twice a day, preferably with warm water. But be mindful; taking it on an empty stomach can sometimes cause mild gastric upset.

Tulsi Ghanvati, on the other hand, is outstanding for respiratory health. This can be especially helpful if you’re dealing with frequent colds, coughs as it works on kundalini using it’s natural adaptogens. Typically recommended in a dosage of 1-2 tablets daily post meal, although you may notice its soothing effect on the respiratory tract more prominently.
