I’ve seen multiple ENT doctors, and they’ve all given me antibiotics, decongestants, or nasal sprays, but the relief is temporary. As soon as I stop taking them, the symptoms come back. My doctor even mentioned that I might have chronic sinusitis or allergies, but they never really tell me how to fix the root cause—just how to manage symptoms. That’s why I started looking into Ayurveda. Can Ayurveda completely get rid of chronic ENT issues like sinusitis, allergies, and throat infections?
