For the past few months, I’ve been feeling completely drained all the time. No matter how much I sleep, I wake up exhausted, and my body just feels sluggish. On top of that, my hair has started falling out more than normal, which is making me really anxious. At first, I thought maybe it was just stress or a bad diet, but then a friend suggested getting a TSH test done to check my thyroid levels. I finally got my TSH test, and my doctor said my levels are slightly higher than normal. He mentioned that it could be early hypothyroidism and suggested I monitor it for a while before starting medication. But I don’t want to just wait and let it get worse. I started looking into Ayurveda because I heard it focuses on balancing the thyroid naturally. Does Ayurveda have treatments that can regulate TSH levels without needing lifelong medication? I also noticed that my digestion has been slower than usual, and I feel bloated a lot. Could this be linked to my thyroid imbalance?
