Jab baat aati hai sexual health ki, specially male erection issues, toh sabse pehle physical aur mental health ko dekhna zaruri hai. Ayurveda mein, sexual health ko sambhalne ke liye hum Vata, Pitta aur Kapha doshas ka balance check karte hain. Stress, anxiety, ya fatigue bhi erection pe asar dalte hain. Sabse pehle, khana-thoda sahi le. Aap apne diet mein nariyal, almond aur khajoor include karein, yeh sab stamina badhane mein madad karte hain.
