Dr. Shivam Mishra
As a dedicated Ayurvedic practitioner with over 3 years of clinical experience, I focus on treating chronic and complex health conditions through a classical yet patient-centered approach. My core areas of practice include the Ayurvedic management of cancer support care, infertility, digestive disorders, liver cirrhosis, and chronic pain. I emphasize treating the root cause of disease rather than just the symptoms, ensuring each treatment is tailored to the patient's constitution (Prakriti), lifestyle, and overall health goals. I rely on the deep principles of Ayurveda, including herbal formulations, Panchakarma therapies, Rasayana chikitsa (rejuvenation), dietary recommendations, and mind-body alignment to promote healing that is both natural and sustainable. My goal is not just to alleviate symptoms but to enhance overall quality of life, especially in chronic conditions where long-term management and patient confidence are essential. My passion for clinical research in Ayurveda drives me to explore new and innovative ways to improve outcomes for patients with chronic diseases. I continuously study classical texts and modern clinical findings to refine my treatment protocols. This research-oriented mindset enables me to bridge traditional knowledge with current health challenges, aiming to offer evidence-based holistic care that remains true to Ayurvedic wisdom. I firmly believe that every patient’s journey is unique. I work closely with each individual, offering compassionate guidance and a structured healing process that integrates physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Whether someone is navigating long-term health challenges or seeking preventive care through Ayurveda, I strive to empower them with knowledge, natural therapies, and continuous support throughout their healing journey.

Dr. Prashant Kumar
I’m Dr. Prashant Kumar, a multi-specialty Ayurvedic doctor with over four years of experience in holistic and integrative healthcare. After earning my Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), I deepened my expertise through focused study in several specialties, including Panchakarma therapy, herbal pharmacology, sexual health, cosmetology, general medicine, and dietetics. My clinical practice blends time-tested Ayurvedic wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to offer personalized, results-driven care. My clinic is designed as a peaceful, healing space — a reflection of my belief that recovery begins in a calm, nurturing environment. I start each day with yoga and meditation, practices that help me stay grounded and attentive to every patient I see. I believe that effective treatment must go beyond physical symptoms, so my consultations involve a comprehensive assessment of emotional, mental, and lifestyle factors that influence health. I take a multi-disciplinary approach, often working closely with nutritionists, yoga practitioners, and wellness experts to build customized treatment plans. These may include herbal formulations, detox therapies like Panchakarma, dietary guidance, and lifestyle modifications tailored to each patient’s constitution or dosha. My work has helped patients manage and often reverse chronic conditions such as arthritis, gastrointestinal imbalances, skin disorders, metabolic issues, and stress-induced ailments. I’m deeply committed to educating my patients—not just about their current condition, but about how to maintain balance and long-term health through Ayurvedic principles. What sets my practice apart is my empathetic, patient-first approach. I’ve built strong, lasting relationships within the community, and I frequently conduct workshops on preventive care, Ayurvedic nutrition, seasonal wellness routines, and stress management. To me, Ayurveda is more than a profession—it’s a lifelong journey of growth, healing, and connection. My goal is to empower every patient to take charge of their health through awareness, discipline, and natural care.

Hi Swati, Dyou feel any discomfort or pain during your cycles or while working out? How are your sleep patterns—do you feel rested in the morning? Also, have you noticed any changes in your menstrual cycle, or are they regular? Ashwagandha and Shatavari can help balance hormones and reduce stress. Additionally, Maca root may help improve libido and energy. Focus on stress-relieving practices like meditation and ensure adequate sleep. It’s important to maintain a balanced diet rich in nutrients to support both energy and hormonal health.

I'm sorry you're going through such a difficult time. Dealing with PCOD, miscarriages, and emotional stress can be overwhelming. Please tell your CBC, ESR, FSH, AMH, Prolactin values. And what is your AFC count too? Was genetic testing, hysteroscopy, conducted at any point? This information is needed for suggesting better treatments. Also please give details of your menstrual cycle. Hormonal imbalances caused by PCOD can lower libido, lead to fatigue, and contribute to weight gain. Ayurveda offers highly efficient treatments that may help restore hormonal balance and improve your overall well-being. Herbs like Shatavari, Ashwagandha, and Gokshura are known to enhance reproductive health, boost libido, and reduce stress. Brahmi and Jatamansi can also help manage anxiety and emotional exhaustion. Alongside Ayurvedic treatment, maintaining a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds can regulate hormones and increase energy. Continue with your workouts, but consider incorporating yoga or gentle exercises to reduce stress without overexertion. Emotional support is just as important, so don’t hesitate to seek counseling or therapy to process your feelings. With a combination of medical care, emotional support, and holistic therapies, it’s possible to regain your health and well-being.
