Consider practicing Abhyanga (oil massage) with warm sesame or coconut oil, which can aid in toxin removal through the skin and also balance the doshas. Try doing this a couple of times a week.

Another powerful tool in detoxification is fasting, which can range from intermittent fasting to more prolonged ones. However, be sure to go at your body’s pace and not rush into extreme regimes.
