Doctors’ responses

In Ayurveda, **chocolate cysts (endometriotic cysts)** are often linked to an imbalance of **Vata, Pitta, and Rakta doshas**, leading to congestion in the reproductive system. **Low AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone)** indicates diminished ovarian reserve, which can be supported through **Rasayana (rejuvenating) therapy**. I recommend visiting a nearby **Ayurvedic gynecologist** for specialized treatments such as **Uttar Basti, Matra Vasti, and Virechana**, which can help address the underlying imbalance. If visiting a center is not feasible, you may follow this Ayurvedic regimen: ### **Recommended Medications:** 1. **Kanchnar Guggulu** – 1 tablet twice daily 2. **Varunadi Vati** – 1 tablet twice daily 3. **Chandraprabha Vati** – 1 tablet twice daily 4. **Evecare Syrup** – 1 teaspoon twice daily 5. **Ashwagandha + Shatavari Churna** – ½ teaspoon with warm milk 6. **Dashmool Kwath** – 20-30 ml during periods To relieve pain 7. **Rajpravartini Vati** – 1 tablet once daily ### **Dietary & Lifestyle Recommendations:** ✅ **Include:** - Warm, fresh, and easily digestible food. - **Healthy fats** – Ghee, soaked almonds, walnuts, and sesame seeds (to nourish reproductive tissues). - **Fresh fruits** – Papaya, figs, and pomegranate. - **Herbal teas** – Cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric. - **Coconut water** – To balance Pitta. ❌ **Avoid:** - Cold, processed, and fermented foods. - Excess spicy, oily, or acidic foods. - Caffeine and refined sugar. ### **Yoga & Pranayama:** - **Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose)** – Improves ovarian function. - **Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)** – Supports the reproductive system. - **Anulom Vilom & Bhramari Pranayama** – Helps reduce stress and hormonal imbalances. Following this regimen consistently for **3-6 months** can help regulate your reproductive health and improve your condition. Let me know if you need further guidance! 🙏✨

Dr. Swathimutthu Prasad B N
I’m Dr. Swathimutthu B N, and my practice is deeply rooted in the Ayurvedic care of women’s health, with a focus on balancing hormones, enhancing fertility, and supporting every stage of the reproductive journey. My core areas of expertise include managing menstrual irregularities, painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, and menopausal challenges through individualized, holistic care. I also provide preconception counseling and comprehensive postpartum support to promote safe and natural recovery. One of my key strengths lies in addressing infertility in both men and women. I integrate Ayurvedic detoxification therapies like Panchakarma, herbal formulations, and lifestyle interventions to naturally enhance fertility, regulate ovulation, and improve sperm health. My goal is to identify and treat the root causes of reproductive imbalances rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms. Each consultation begins with an in-depth assessment of the patient’s Prakriti (constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalances), allowing me to create highly personalized treatment plans. These plans often include Ayurvedic therapies, dietary adjustments, yoga, pranayama, and stress-relief techniques—customized for long-term vitality and well-being. My approach is not just about treatment, but about walking alongside my patients throughout their healing journey. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, managing chronic hormonal issues, or navigating the emotional shifts of menopause, I provide close follow-up, emotional support, and continuous guidance. I am committed to building a compassionate, evidence-based practice rooted in Ayurvedic science. By combining ancient wisdom with modern insights, I aim to empower each individual to reclaim their health naturally, safely, and sustainably. If you’re seeking a thoughtful, personalized, and holistic approach to women’s health and fertility, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Fertility is influenced by various factors, including age, physical activity, lifestyle, food habits, sleep pattern, husband's health, and more. For personalized diet suggestions, yoga, and medication, do provide details on these factors along with your menstrual history. Get Panchakarma Shodana (full body detox) followed by post-treatment medications under doctor’s guidance for optimal results. In the meantime, follow these simple and effective steps. Diet Recommendations: Balanced Diet: Include whole grains, vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Hydration: Drink at least 2-3 liters of water daily. You can also alternate between methi water, jeera water, or chia seed water. Avoid Processed Foods: Reduce intake of sugar, refined carbs, fried foods, and carbonated drinks. Include Fiber: Fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains will keep you full for longer. Physical Activity: Do Surya Namaskar starting with 5 rounds and increase gradually. Engage in 30-35 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week. Options include brisk walking, yoga, Zumba, or strength training.
