Your daughter is 13 years old and 4’10”, which is within a normal height range, but since she is still growing, this is the best time to naturally boost her height. Height growth depends on genes, nutrition, hormones, and physical activity. Let her start these exercises Bar Hanging – Best for increasing height. Cobra Stretch (Bhujangasana) Tadasana (Mountain Pose) – Increases spinal length. Surya Namaskar – Boosts overall growth. Posture Matters! Encourage sitting & standing straight to maximize height potential. I don’t think it’s required.. For vit D daily exposure to early morning sun is enough Give foods like mushroom egg yolks dairy products and cod liver oil for vit D

At 13 years old, your daughter is still in her growing years, and her height can be influenced by genetics, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle factors. While her height is adequate for her age, certain medications, dietary and lifestyle modifications, as well as yoga and pranayama, can support her overall growth and development. ### **Prescription (Rx):** - Tablet Calskel Nutra – 1 tablet once daily - Ashwagandha + Shatavari Powder – ½ teaspoon with milk once daily **Lifestyle & Diet for Height Growth** **Nutrient-Rich Diet:** Include **milk, dairy products, nuts, seeds, green vegetables, fruits, and whole grains** in her diet to provide essential nutrients for growth. **Exercise & Yoga:** Practicing yoga asanas such as **Tadasana, Surya Namaskar, Bhujangasana, and Chakrasana** helps in spine elongation and posture correction. **Adequate Sleep:** Growth hormone is released during deep sleep, so ensure she gets **8-10 hours of quality sleep** each night.

The height of children around ages like 13 can still grow, depending on genetics and health conditions. Ayurveda can support her natural growth process, so integrating ashwagandha and shatavari is a good idea. Ashwagandha, known for its rejuvenating properties, might help. A common dosage is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon daily mixed with warm milk, preferably taken at night. For shatavari, similar dosage applies but it's better taken with ghee or honey. This combination can foster growth when used consistently, yet advice from a practitioner catered to your daughter's specific health profile is advisable. Ensuring a balanced diet, focusing on essential nutrients is vital. Include lots of leafy greens, fruits, nuts and dairy in her meals. Milk and cheese are particularly good sources of calcium important for bone growth. Protein through lentils, beans or lean meat supports tissue development. When aiming to correct vitamin D deficiency, exposure to sunlight can stimulate natural synthesis. Encourage her to spend time outdoors daily, especially mid-mornings or late afternoons. Moderate exercises, mainly stretching or yoga, play a helpful role. Encourage activities that promote posture and spine health. Poses like Tadasana (mountain pose) or Trikonasana (triangle pose) can be beneficial, aligning the spine and encouraging elongation. Theres also swimming which is a great, full-body activity. Beware, even with herbs, reactions are possible. Watch for any signs of allergy or digestive upset. Additionally, it's always wise to check with her pediatrician or a healthcare provider about vitamin D supplementation – managing any deficiencies cannot be overlooked. Remember growth is individualized; focusing mainly on her holistic health, nurturing her unique constitution will naturally guide her to her potential height. Plus, most importantly, remember genetics play a pivotal part in height that we can't modify much. Patience and consistent care often yield the best results.
