Frozen shoulder pain hell - #20281

Got frozen shoulder,have sugar taking gimmer 2 tablets,can't bear frozen shoulder pain. Can't take my right arm backside not even comb hairs so doctor suggested me any permenent remedies to my problem 'cant live normal life insomnia doctor

Is your pain is severe I advise you to go for panchakarma therapies in nearby ayurvedic center 
Viddhkarma ( from proper ayurvedic consultant 
Sthanika Abhynagam with parianthakeeradi thaila+ panchamala thaila
Choorna pinda sweda with kottamchukkadi choorna
Pichu on frozen shoulder and do bandage 

Internal medications
Ashtavragam ks tab 2-0-2 before breakfast and dinner 
Cervilion 2-0-2  after breakfast and dinner 
GT capsule 2 at bed time 

External treatment
Parianthakeeradi thailam - warm oil apply on the shoulder and do light massage 
Vilwampochtyadi thailam - warm oil apply on head half hour before bath

Yograj guggulu- 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water 
Maha Narayan Oil – Massage gently on the shoulder and once daily, followed by a warm compress.
Dashmool Kwath - 1 tsp powder in 400 mL water boil upto 100 mL , filter and drink on empty stomach twice daily 
Ashwagandha Powder – Take ½ teaspoon with warm water or milk at night

First try to control your blood sugar level
To get relief from this visit nearby panchakarma centre and get done with one course of abyanga with prasarnyadi taila followed by Patra pottali sweda and do the Nasya karma with shadbindu taila
One course of physiotherapy 
Orally you can have trayodashanga guggulu 1tid after food

Hello
Firstly long term diabetes or uncontrolled sugar level may lead to this severe frozen shoulder 

Firstly control the sugar level.

1)  yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 after food 
2) dashamoola kashaya
3) maha rasnadi kashaya 10ml-0-10ml with 10ml warm water before food each kashaya 5ml
 If u have severe pain don't go for abhyanga better to go with 
Sthanika basti(Greeva basti had to be done on shoulder joint) followed by Patra pinda sweda with mild pressure for 10 days 

Do follow this for 10 days definitely you will get some relief 
Once the pain reduced then can start with some exercises
