Hello Firstly long term diabetes or uncontrolled sugar level may lead to this severe frozen shoulder

Firstly control the sugar level.

1) yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 after food 2) dashamoola kashaya 3) maha rasnadi kashaya 10ml-0-10ml with 10ml warm water before food each kashaya 5ml If u have severe pain don’t go for abhyanga better to go with Sthanika basti(Greeva basti had to be done on shoulder joint) followed by Patra pinda sweda with mild pressure for 10 days

Do follow this for 10 days definitely you will get some relief Once the pain reduced then can start with some exercises

If u have any doubt contact me at 9743512999

Thank you Dr.Nikitha

Dealing with a frozen shoulder can be frustrating, espesially when it’s affecting your daily activities. In Ayurveda, this condition is often linked to Vata imbalance, which can cause pain and stiffness. Let’s look at some practical Ayurvedic approaches that can help manage your condition.

Firstly, applying warm, medicated oils can provide some relief. Mahanarayan oil is great for this and should be applied gently over the affected shoulder 2-3 times a day, followed by a warm compress or fomentation to help absorb the oil into the tissues. You might find gentle shoulder exercises helpful too, but it’s important to start slowly. Movements such as pendulum exercises can improve mobility without straining your shoulder.

Your diet also plays a crucial role. Opt for meals that are warm, moist, and easily digestible to calm the Vata dosha. Avoid foods that are cold, dry, or processed. Including ginger and turmeric in your daily meals, known for their anti-inflammatory properties, can support healing. A cup of warm turmeric milk in the evening could have potential benefits.

Adequate sleep is important, and insomnia might be exacerbating your shoulder pain. Consider incorporating abhyanga, or self-massage with warm oil, before bed to promote relaxation and better sleep. A regular relaxation practice, like deep breathing or meditation, can be beneficial as well.

While Gimmer tablets are assisting with your sugar levels, it’s critical to consult with your healthcare provider before making any changes, especially as you’re dealing with diabetes. It’s also key to track your shoulder’s progress; if symptoms persist or worsen, seeing a professional is crucial to rule out any underlying issues or complications.

These recommendations should provide some relief and are tailored to fit into your lifestyle without major disruptions. However, make sure you’re comfortable with each approach before trying it.
