Given that you’re consistently experiencing morning nausea, even after completing a course of medication and having controlled blood sugar levels, it suggests a more complex interplay of factors that may benefit from a holistic Ayurvedic approach. The erosion noted in your endoscopy could indicate a Pitta imbalance, as Pitta governs digestion and metabolism. Here are some recommendations you might consider exploring: Firstly, focus on cooling and calming Pitta dosha to address both the nausea and the potential erosion. Incorporate foods that are naturally cooling and less acidic. Try including more easily digestible meals like kichadi (a warm blend of rice and lentils), which can be soothing to the gastrointestinal tract. Avoid overly spicy, fried, fermented, and sour foods, as they can aggravate your condition. Hydration is crucial, but it’s important to do it wisely. Drink lukewarm water throughout the day. Starting your morning with a glass of warm water mixed with a teaspoon of honey and a few drops of fresh lime juice might help balance the digestion and alkalize the gut. Manage your metabolic fire, known as Agni. Weak Agni could be contributing to the erosion and is part of maintaining a delicate balance. Consider consuming a small piece of ginger with a pinch of salt before meals to stimulate digestion. Your sleeping disorder also warrants attention, as it can exacerbate digestive issues. Create a consistent bedtime routine, sleeping in a dark, quiet room. Practices like gentle yoga or Pranayama (breathing exercises) before bed can assist in naturally calming your system. However, since you're taking clonazipam, consult with a healthcare provider to balance or integrate these practices safely. With weight control and exercise, it seems like you’re on the right path, but ensure your activities are balanced and not excessively exhausting, which can flare up the Pitta. You might want to add some relaxation exercises or cooling practices post-exercise. In case these issues persist, or if your symptoms intensify, it’s essential to reach out to a professional. The potential overlap of digestive and neurological aspects here could require integrated care approaches. Don't hesitate to seek further medical advice if necessary.
