There maybe hormonal imbalance in your body. Firstly go for ultrasonography to rule out any cyst. Soak 1 tsf of dana methi(seeds) in a cup of water overnight. then next morning drink that water and chew the soaked seeds empty stomach. This will help in balancing hormones.

I’m Dr. Swathimutthu B N, and my practice is deeply rooted in the Ayurvedic care of women’s health, with a focus on balancing hormones, enhancing fertility, and supporting every stage of the reproductive journey. My core areas of expertise include managing menstrual irregularities, painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, and menopausal challenges through individualized, holistic care. I also provide preconception counseling and comprehensive postpartum support to promote safe and natural recovery. One of my key strengths lies in addressing infertility in both men and women. I integrate Ayurvedic detoxification therapies like Panchakarma, herbal formulations, and lifestyle interventions to naturally enhance fertility, regulate ovulation, and improve sperm health. My goal is to identify and treat the root causes of reproductive imbalances rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms. Each consultation begins with an in-depth assessment of the patient’s Prakriti (constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalances), allowing me to create highly personalized treatment plans. These plans often include Ayurvedic therapies, dietary adjustments, yoga, pranayama, and stress-relief techniques—customized for long-term vitality and well-being. My approach is not just about treatment, but about walking alongside my patients throughout their healing journey. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, managing chronic hormonal issues, or navigating the emotional shifts of menopause, I provide close follow-up, emotional support, and continuous guidance. Dr. Harshita Hyati
I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

The spotting before your periods and the presence of chin hair could be related to a hormonal imbalance, something that we often see in conditions like PCOS. In Ayurveda, such symptoms can be linked to an imbalance in the Kapha and Vata doshas, as well as Agni (digestive fire) that's not functioning at its best. Start by focusing care on balancing these doshas. To address the spotting, consider incorporating herbs like Ashoka, which is known to help regulate the menstrual cycle. You may take Ashoka powder or tablets after meals, but be sure to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for the correct dosage suited to your unique body constitution. Diet-wise, emphasize on reducing Kapha-aggravating foods such as dairy, greasy and sugary items. Lean more towards fresh vegetables, whole grains, and lots of greens, which will help boost your digestion and pacify Vata. Try including turmeric and cumin seeds in your meals to enhance digestion and support hormonal balance. Daily routines are crucial in Ayurveda. Ensure you're sleeping adequately, ideally by 10pm as this aligns with the body’s natural rhythms. A short brisk walk daily can do wonders for weight stability and balance your doshas. Consider practicing gentle yoga or pranayama techniques like Nadi Shodhana, which can help clear energy channels, and support regular cycles. For the hair on your chin, a paste made of turmeric and chickpea flour applied regularly can slow the growth, but do be patient as natural methods take time. Ensure regular follow-ups on your health status with healthcare providers. While Ayurvedic treatments can be beneficial, physical symptoms like these do sometimes require clinical evaluation, so do not hesitate to seek medical advice to explore any underlying conditions. Above all, remember small changes add up. Give yourself kindness and time as you incorporate these practices.
