Doc but I want to go on 7 April due to my act
So it’s better to take x ray by today itself know so that it will be confirmed, and if it’s normal you can go for your act If pain and swelling still persisting and x ray is normal then better to go for mri ankle to look for any ligament tear Still that apply crepe bandage foot elevation and proper rest to your leg so it’s doesn’t increase the swelling Meanwhile you can take painkillers With anti inflammatory combination to reduce pain and swelling

If you're still experiencing pain and swelling in your right ankle, it might indicate that the healing process isn't complete. Each individual's body responds to injuries differently, and ligament damage often requires proper stabilization and time for healing. Ayurveda offers some approach that could complement your treatment. Firstly, to help balance the Vata dosha, which governs movement and could be aggravated by injuries and pain, consider incorporating some herbal massage oil like Maha Narayan oil or Dhanvantaram oil. Gently massage your ankle with one of these oils, warming them slightly before use. This should be done daily, if possible, in a gentle, circular motion, without applying too much pressure that could aggravate the condition. Adding a hot compress may also enhance blood flow to the area, helping it heal faster. Dip a clean cloth in hot water, squeeze out excess water, and place it on your ankle for about 15-20 minutes. Perform this compress therapy once or twice daily, depending on your comfort level. Diet too plays a critical role in healing. Consume anti-inflammatory foods such as turmeric milk (golden milk) by boiling 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder in a cup of milk or warm almond milk. Taking this twice a day can aid in reducing inflammation and promote healing. Avoid foods that are excessively cold, dry, or rough. Rest is crucial—continue limitifying weight-bearing activities on the affected ankle. If you must move around, make sure to provide it adequate support. A crape bandage can help, but don’t tie it too tight as this can stifle blood circulation. Should these measures not bring relief, it's crucial to revisit the ortho specialist, as persistent issues might require further imaging or intervention. Trusting medical professionals with serious injuries ensures a thorough and safe healing process. Don't ignore worsening symptoms!
