Dr. Swathimutthu Prasad B N
I’m Dr. Swathimutthu B N, and my practice is deeply rooted in the Ayurvedic care of women’s health, with a focus on balancing hormones, enhancing fertility, and supporting every stage of the reproductive journey. My core areas of expertise include managing menstrual irregularities, painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, and menopausal challenges through individualized, holistic care. I also provide preconception counseling and comprehensive postpartum support to promote safe and natural recovery. One of my key strengths lies in addressing infertility in both men and women. I integrate Ayurvedic detoxification therapies like Panchakarma, herbal formulations, and lifestyle interventions to naturally enhance fertility, regulate ovulation, and improve sperm health. My goal is to identify and treat the root causes of reproductive imbalances rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms. Each consultation begins with an in-depth assessment of the patient’s Prakriti (constitution) and Vikriti (current imbalances), allowing me to create highly personalized treatment plans. These plans often include Ayurvedic therapies, dietary adjustments, yoga, pranayama, and stress-relief techniques—customized for long-term vitality and well-being. My approach is not just about treatment, but about walking alongside my patients throughout their healing journey. Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, managing chronic hormonal issues, or navigating the emotional shifts of menopause, I provide close follow-up, emotional support, and continuous guidance. I am committed to building a compassionate, evidence-based practice rooted in Ayurvedic science. By combining ancient wisdom with modern insights, I aim to empower each individual to reclaim their health naturally, safely, and sustainably. If you’re seeking a thoughtful, personalized, and holistic approach to women’s health and fertility, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Your symptoms, including stomach pain, heartburn, and increased heart beat, could be indicators of gastric issues such as acidity or GERD. It's important to address them correctly. Ayurveda focuses on balancing your doshas to restore health. One significant aspect for you might be balancing Pitta, which tends to be the imbalanced dosha in your case. To get started, let's focus on your diet: Avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods as these can increase pitta and aggravate symptoms. Opt for cooling foods like cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens. It's beneficial to have smaller, frequent meals, rather than large gaps between to assist proper digestion. Also, try to consume your last meal at least 2-3 hours before bed. After eating, avoid lying down immediately. This helps in reducing acid reflux. In the mornings, start your day with a glass of warm water with a bit of honey and lemon; it's a mild yet effective way to cleanse your system. Incorporate herbal teas such as chamomile or peppermint which can be soothing for digestive issues. Triphala churna is another beneficial remedy; a teaspoon mixed with warm water before bed can help in maintaining digestive health. Lifestyle changes can also support your recovery. Practice stress-relief activities. Yoga and Pranayama (breathing exercises) are excellent for calming the mind and promoting good digestion. Vajrasana, a sitting posture after meals, can aid in digestion. When it comes to rest, set a consistent sleep schedule, keeping electronic devices away during this time to foster better sleep. However, it's crucial to also consider seeking the advice of a healthcare professional, especially for symptoms like increased heart rate and a feeling of helplessness. If the symptoms persist or worsen, getting medical evaluation is important to rule out any other underlying conditions. Incorporating these Ayurveda-based approaches into your routine can be beneficial, but don't hesitate to reach out to a healthcare provider if you need immediate assistance, particularly given the severity of some of your symptoms.
