The challenges you’re experiencing with beard and moustache growth, chest fat, and a protruding belly may be interconnected to your hormonal balance, metabolism, and overall health constitution according to Ayurveda. At 18, your body is still transitioning, and hormonal factors play a significant role.

In Ayurveda, beard and moustache growth are linked to the presence of healthy testosterone levels, which may be influenced by an imbalance in your doshas, particularly Kapha and Pitta. Your Kapha dosha might be contributing to the chest fat and belly, while Pitta may impact beard growth.

To address this, consider some tailored recommendations:

1. Dietary Modifications: Focus on a diet that balances Kapha by incorporating more light, bitter, and astringent foods. Favoring fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains like barley and millet, and leguminous proteins can greatly assist. Reduce intake of sugary, fatty, and processed foods which can aggrevate Kapha.

2. Herbal Support: Herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari are known for their ability to support hormonal balance and boost overall vitality. As such, you should consider these in capsule or powdered form, according to the dosage directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner.

3. Exercise Regimen: Regular exercise, such as brisk walking, cycling, or yoga can help improve metabolism, reduce Kapha accumulation and enhance circulation, promoting better hormonal balance. Consistency is more important than intensity initially.

4. Pranayama Practices: Breathing exercises like Kapalbhati (but only if no medical condition contraindicates) and Anulom Vilom are beneficial to balance internal energies, support metabolism, and enhance digestive fire (Agni).

5. Oil Massage (Abhyanga): A routine self-massage with warm sesame oil can connect you more to your body. Additionally, apply a mixture of Amla powder with some almond oil on the face to stimulate blood flow and possibly enhance hair follicle strength.

6. Stress Management: Stress can also imbalance hormones so, finding ways to calm the mind through meditation or light music is beneficial.

However, since some of these symptoms, especially weak immune system, might warrant medical attention, it’s sensible to consult with a healthcare provider for comprehensive evaluation. This will rule out any underlying conditions that may need different treatment.
