Experiencing stomachache, acidity, and uneasiness can be quite uncomfortable, especially with the additional symptoms you're describing. From an Ayurvedic perspective, it seems there may be an imbalance in your Vata and Pitta doshas. The dryness in your soles, palms, and eyes suggests Vata aggravation, while the acidity hints towards Pitta imbalance. First, consider dietary modifications to help balance these doshas. It would be beneficial to avoid spicy, fried, and very oily foods as they can aggravate Pitta. Include more soothing and cooling foods in your diet, such as cucumbers, coconut water, and ghee. Boiled and well-cooked foods that are easy to digest should also be your focus. Incorporate sweet fruits—but not citrus fruits, as they can worsen acidity. For immediate stomachache relief, try drinking a mixture of warm water with a pinch of asafoetida (hing) and a little black salt after meals. This can aid in digestion and reduce gas. You might also find relief in practicing gentle yoga postures like Apanasana (knees-to-chest pose) which can help relieve gas. But remember to listen to your body and avoid any strenuous exercises especially if it causes pain. Applying warm sesame oil to your abdomen with gentle massage could help alleviate pain and support digestion. Sesame oil is excellent for pacifying Vata and provides warmth to the digestive area. Since you mentioned heart pain and weakness, it's essential to be cautious. These symptoms should not be ignored, and I strongly recommend seeing a healthcare provider to rule out any potential heart-related issues. If discomfort persists or escalates, please seek medical attention promptly. Lastly, staying hydrated can help with dryness, but instead of cold water, sip on warm water throughout the day. Dryness of the eyes and skin might be relieved by applying a few drops of castor oil around your eyes at night or a hydrating eye drop during the day—but make sure to consult with a healthcare professional before doing so. For comprehensive treatment, identifying your prakriti (constitution) with an Ayurvedic physician can be advantageous. They can offer a more tailored plan to address specific concerns while considering your current condition.
