Based on your symptoms and scan findings, it seems you could be dealing with a combination of digestive irregularities and an underlying lymphatic condition. In Ayurveda, digestive health is closely linked to the balance of Agni, or digestive fire. When Agni is disturbed, it can lead to inconsistent stools and associated symptoms. Let's explore some practical steps in light of Ayurvedic principles. Firstly, focusing on a diet that pacifies Vata and Pitta doshas might be helpful, as these typically influence uneven digestion and inflammation. Try including warm, cooked foods that are easy to digest, such as rice, lentils, and well-cooked vegetables. Adding spices like cumin, coriander, and fennel can assist in improving digestion. Avoid very cold, raw and leftover foods, as these might aggravate your condition. Secondly, prioritize hydration but ensure your water intake is at room temperature or warm. Sipping on ginger tea throughout the day might also support digestion. It's important you chew food thoroughly and eat in a calm environment, without rushing. Herbal remedies like Triphala can help regulate bowel movements but consult an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any supplements, especially given the specific findings of your CT scan. Triphala is traditionally known for its ability to balance all three doshas and support proper digestion and elimination. Regarding your CT scan results, while Ayurveda offers supportive care, given the presence of lymph nodes with necrosis, it's crucial to follow up with your healthcare provider. Traditional medical intervention might be necessary alongside Ayurvedic treatment for a complete understanding and management of your health. This ensures safe and comprehensive care addressing both immediate concerns and long-term wellbeing. Please seek inmediate medical advice for the specific findings mentioned in your scan to rule out any serious underlying conditions.
