White coating on your tongue indeed indicates imbalances within your body, often pointing towards digestive issues, perhaps associated with ama (toxins). Since your tongue improves after brushing, yet returns after eating, and considering your anemia and sleep pattern, let's explore a few things together. First, diet plays a hug role here. Consuming light, fresh, and easily digestible foods can help. Lessen or avoid heavy, greasy, or spicy foods, which can aggravate ama. In the Ayurvedic context, favor warm, cooked meals that ease digestion. Try incorporating fresh ginger tea or a tiny slice of raw ginger with a pinch of salt before meals, which may enhance agni, your digestive fire. Your sleep routine is a bit misaligned. Ideally, you might aim for a bedtime closer to 10 and wake by 6-7 in line with natural circadian rhythms which improve both digestion and immunity. Gradually adjust this time so it fits your daily life. That's not all. Maintain a regular schedule for meals too and hydrate sufficiently but try to sip warm water or herbal teas throughout the day rather than chugging down large glasses all at once. This can aid in flushing out toxins and keeping the metabolism smooth. For your bowels, establishing a daily routine is crucial. Post-dinner strolls, even 15-20 mins, may promote digestion. Asafoetida powder in warm water might also soothe irregular bowels, so experimenting with this remedy is worthwhile. Anemia needs to be addressed with iron-rich foods like spinach, lentils, jaggery, and raisins. However, digestive efficiency is key to absorbing these nutrients well. Including Vitamin C-rich foods like amla or citrus can further enhance iron absorption. Managing ama, aligning your lifestyle to natural rhythms, and prioritizing gentle digestive boosts can reset your gut health. The small tweaks in daily habits often result in big changes. If symptoms persist, consulting a qualified physician would provide personalized guidance—balancing your doshas effectively.
