I dealing with some pretty stubborn digestive issues for quite a while now. Seriously, it’s been like a never-ending rollercoaster of discomfort. I literally tried every possible home remedy, and some over-the-counter stuff which only gave me temporary relief. It’s all kinda embarrassing to talk about, but I’ll just say it: I’ve had regular bouts of bloating and a strange sense of fullness that just doesn’t go away even when I haven’t eaten much. My friends have been great, suggesting everything from changing my diet to taking probiotics, but nothing has really stuck. So, recently, I heard about avipattikar churna from a buddy of mine who swears by it. He claims it’s amazing for digestive health and like, helps balance everything out.
