They promote mental clarity and balance the hormones too.

Diet-wise, prioritizing foods that soothe vata could really help. Warm, wholesome foods like cooked grains (rice, oats), ghee, and sprouted grains can be grounding. A herbal tea like ashwagandha at night soothes nerves and improve sleep.

Wet dreams, well, they can be distressing if they happen too often. Abhyanga (self-massage) with warm sesame oil before bed can promote deeper, more restful sleep and might reduce nocturnal emissions.

Headaches, well, they might be linked to stress or tension. Drinking water throughout the day can ease headaches. A few drops of peppermint oil on the temples sometimes helps with headaches too, but whatever works for you.
