How to reduce weight after postpartum? - #21504

I am 22 years old mother, my baby is now 8 month,after delivery I gain more weight, Is taking weight loss powder during feeding period affect baby? Or it is okay to use weight loss powder. And tips to lose weight after postpartum , what should we take to loss weight,

Focus on foods that are light, nourishing and easy to digest. You can incorporate grains like quinoa or barley, cooked vegetables, and light dal. Adding spices such as cumin, fennel, ginger, and turmeric can enhance digestion and metabolism. Drinking warm water throughout the day also helps improve metabolism and flushes out toxins. Herbal teas, lightly steeped with ginger or cinnamon, are great to sip between meals.

In terms of physical activity, introducing gentle yoga or walking might support your efforts. It is always wise to begin slowly post-pregnancy and sense how your body responds. Emphasizing exercises that enhance core strength, and breathing exercises can rejuvenate your body effectively.

It’s also essential to prioritize adequate rest and stress management. The practice of meditation or deep breathing exercises, even for few minutes a day, can prove beneficial. A well-rested and calm mind supports the body’s natural metabolic processes.

Finally, focus on establishing a well-balanced lifestyle. This includes setting routines for sleeping, eating and exercising at same times each day when possible. Remember that a holistic approach is more sustainable and kinder to your body than quick-fix solutions.
