I am super curious about this test shilajit thing! Lately, I’ve been feeling completely drained and, you know, just out of energy like all the time. I heard that test shilajit can help with fatigue and energy levels, and honestly, I'm ready to try anything! A friend mentioned it and said it worked wonders for her, but I'm pretty apprehensive. I mean, what’s the real deal with this test shilajit? Like, how exactly does it work? I’ve read that it has a bunch of minerals and stuff, but I’m also worried about potential side effects? So, I started diving into online forums trying to find some info, but there’s just so much conflicting advice out there. Some say it’s the best thing since sliced bread, while others claim it caused them digestion issues. I don’t wanna end up worse off than I already am haha! I did a bit of googling and found it might be good for stamina, but why is that?? Do I need to take it regularly or just when I'm feelin’ tired? Also, like, is it okay to mix with other supplements? I’m a little concerned since I also take iron and I don't wanna mess anything up. Oh, and where do I find good quality test shilajit? There's so many brands out there and I just feel kinda lost... I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Also, if you’re taking it, how long did it take to notice a difference?
